Notice for Financial Aid

Applications from the students of B.Sc. Semester-II, IV, & VI, B.Sc./BCA Part-II, Part-III, M.Sc. Geology and M.A English who are poor, orphan, or disabled are invited by the undersigned for financial aid from the College, subject to the condition that the income of their family does not exceed Rs.6000/- P.M.
Applications must be accompanied by the following certificates :
1. Income Certificate of the Father/Mother issued by DDO/Revenue Officer (1st Class Magistrate or above.)
2. Supporting documents of being an orphan/disabled in case of Orphan /disabled students.
3. Marks certificate of the 12th class and of the previous year.
4. An affidavit by the applicant to the effect that he or she has not applied and shall not apply for scholarship/ financial aid to any other institution or agency during the financial year 2016-17.
5. Admission fee receipt (Original copy)

Financial aid will be sanctioned in favour of only those students who have good conduct and above 75% attendance.
Last date for submission of application is 31st January 2017. The completed applications must be delivered to the Financial Aid Committee Members, Prof. Baldev K. Sharma and Dr. Aran Kumar, Department of Chemistry.
